If you plan to take a trip to visit sightseeing spots and return to the same pick-up point on the same day, you can choose one of our day trips or, if you prefer to create your own route, use the form to add sightseeing stops and enter the same location for “to” as for “from.”

If you need a round trip with sightseeing stops on different dates, simply book another transfer for your return journey.

If you plan to stay more than a couple of hours, we recommend that you book two one-way trips so that you don't have to pay a driver to wait.

For a standard pickup (e.g. from a hotel or home address), your driver will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the pickup point.

Airport pickups come with 1 hour of complimentary wait time before the driver leaves the pickup location.

If you know ahead of time that you may be delayed or want to edit your booking, we recommend contact us.

Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. No need to worry about buses, cabs, or other connections - Coastdrive provides door-to-door service! If you happen to be in a pedestrian-only area, your driver will meet you at a designated pick-up location.

Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and place and won’t be contacting you before, unless necessary. You’ll receive a reminder with your driver’s name and mobile number a few days before departure in case you need to contact them.

We understand that sometimes it’s hard to tear yourself away from your sightseeing stop. If you find you’d like extra time, please make arrangements with your driver. There will be an extra hourly fee and must pay the driver directly.

While they’ll do their best to accommodate, sometimes their schedule won’t allow for them to stay longer.

We can’t guarantee that every attraction will be open for every trip, especially during the off-season. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance. If you have any questions about your trip, feel free to contact us.

Coastdrive partner drivers speak English. While they'll be happy to discuss their own personal knowledge of the areas you'll be driving through, they are not tour guides. If you need a professional tour guide for your sightseeing stop(s) you will need to make third-party arrangements.

Gratuity is not included in the price of your booking. If you are satisfied with your driver’s service, you can reward them with a tip.
