If you need a round trip without sightseeing use this Transfer form.

If you plan to make a trip to visit sightseeing and return the same day to the same pick-up point, book one-way trip adding sightseeing on this form and then the return trip without stops using the same form.

When you arrive at the airport, please head to the arrivals hall. Your driver or a representative will be there waiting for you, holding a sign or a tablet displaying the lead passenger's name booking for easy identification. We will send you the contact details of your driver who will be in direct contact with you. Most trips go smoothly, but our support team is there if you need any help.

Thanks to our Meet & Greet service, if you provide your flight number when booking your transfer, we can track your flight and adjust the driver's pick-up time according to your flight's actual arrival time.

The price covers taxes, fees (tolls not included). If you book a transfer from the airport, the price also standardly includes Meet & Greet and 1 hour waiting time.

For a return transfer to the airport or any other non-airport-related transfer, the driver will wait for 15 minutes from the agreed time.

For all Coastdrive’s services, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before departure.

While you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance, changes requested under 36 hours are subject to driver availability, especially in the high season.

Simply go to this form with your origin and destination, the date and time of departure, along with the other details requested on the form so you can see vehicles available and prices.

If you wish to visit Sightseeing along the way you should book using the city to city form and add the stops on the same form.

Each passenger includes one small bag (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm).

When booking your trip we always ask how many large bags (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) you are taking to ensure we show you vehicles that can carry your luggage.

We always send the vehicle that is the best fit for you and your luggage, so make sure to select the actual amount of luggage you are traveling with when booking. If you have oversized luggage, or are unsure if your luggage will fit, contact us.

If you need a child car seat you can request it in the extras section in the booking process.
